How it all began
I was growing up in a little town in the north of the Czech republic. I did several different jobs in several countries around the world. Travel is ma passion and I am happy to share my magical wonderful experience.
I remember that day as it was yesterday. I did my first pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela with my friend. We were sitting in a pub with many people from everywhere around the world. Everybody, included my friend, was talking in English, but me only sitting and smiling without any understanding. And it was the moment when I promised myself that one day I will be able to speak with other people from different countries, join the group like this one.
Time was passing and I found out that I need in my life something more than only the chair in a big office with a marvellous view on Jested mountain and nice equipped apartment. I came to realize that now is the right time to step out of my comfort zone and experience the unknown.
I found guys from very good agency Kukabara, who helped me to organize my study in Australia. Of course, I could have to go to nearby London but I felt I have to go as far as much as possible. Being in Australia and feeling homesick, it would not be easy to come back as from London. And trust me, I felt homesick many times. I wanted to be sure I would not give up, so I chose Perth - one of the most remote cities.
Before for me was Australia only a big island on the bottom of the map. And to be honest, it is such a big island :-D I travelled over half of Australia, saw kangaroos, koalas and Uluru. Once I was already far away from my home, why not to try something else, what about do volunteering in Nepal, visit Vietnam and Thailand, work in Bali, climb up Machu Picchu....?
And how it all began.
